I recently stayed at I-Smile & U2 Hostel in Chiang Mai during a quick layover, and I must say, it was incredibly convenient. The fact that the nearest airport is just 4 kilometers away from the property made my travel experience so much smoother. I didn't have to worry about long commutes or rushing to catch my flight. the hostel's location, only 4.3 kilometers from the heart of Chiang Mai, meant that I could explore the city easily during my limited free time. It was a great way to get a taste of the vibrant culture and attractions the area has to offer.
If I have to point out a minor downside, it would be the absence of soap in the showers. While this is a very slight inconvenience, as I always travel with my own toiletries, it would have been more convenient to have soap readily available.

Bathrooms were a little tight. The hostel could improve the bathroom facilities to provide more space for guests.

The room was so cozy with a nice seating area to chill after a tiring day of exploring. It felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shared bathroom. But hey, I understand that some people might still enjoy it.

Great Staff & Owners: the staff and owners of the hostel were amazing! They were friendly, helpful and treated us like valued guests. They even went out of their way to send me my forgotten shoes to another hostel. Always smiling and interested in us.
Uncomfortable Bed: the bed was rock hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
